- Direct purchase offers based on appraisal
- Completion of purchase agreements in-person or digitally
- Arranged pick-up or drop-off for selected items (by mutual agreement)
We do not operate as a consignment or resale marketplace.
User Obligations
By submitting an item to us (online, by email, or in person), you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner or legally authorized to sell the item
- All information and photographs provided are accurate and unaltered
- The item is authentic and not counterfeit
- You will cooperate in good faith if additional documentation (e.g., ID or provenance) is requested
We reserve the right to refuse to appraise or purchase any item at our discretion.
Valuation Process
All valuations are non-binding and provided for informational purposes unless followed by a signed purchase agreement. We do not provide formal insurance appraisals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Valuations are based on our expertise, current market conditions, and the condition of the item.
Purchase Agreements
If both parties agree on a price, a written purchase agreement will be signed. Only after this document is signed does the transfer of ownership and payment become legally binding.
- Payments are made by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise
- We may request proof of identity or ownership before finalizing the sale
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data due to technical error
- Client misrepresentation of an item’s authenticity or ownership
- Damage caused to items not yet physically in our possession
- Errors in third-party valuation tools or databases we may reference
